A.) About Registration and First Login
1. How can I register as a member?
First of all, please click login icon on the right hand side and select “register”. Filling in piece of information and we will send you an authorized email afterwards. It takes 1 business day at maximum.
2. How can I update my account information?
Please login to our system and click “My Account”, you may update your personal information at any incidence.
3. What if I forget the login ID?
If you forget the login ID, please contact us via ebuy@ypt.com.hk
4. What if I loss my password?
If you loss your password, please click “Login” Icon and choose “Forget Password”. After answering the verifying question and the email address, the password will be retrieved and a confirmation email will be sent.
5. Can I change my password?
Yes, you can do it at any time you want. An secure password should be at least 6 digits and includes combination of numeric and alphabet letters.
6. Why I can not purchase the merchandise after registration?
There is a lead time for the user verification and it takes at maximum 1 business day to do so. Users’ account will be activated after the issue of authorized email from our server. .

7. What if I can’t find a product?
There are three possible reasons:
- The word you are using to search with is either misspelled or not the default key words. Try using a different word that still describes that product. Moreover, You may use our default search tree to locate the items.
- Our Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties. Try searching for a different product. If it can’t find this product, then please contact us to report the problem.
- We may not carry the product at this time. If this is the case, please contact us and tell us what you are looking for. We will try to locate the product and get it for you.
8. Can I place an order for items you don’t have stock now?
If users would like to order those items, you may check with us when the stock is available again. Except for special issue, we will refill the stock within 2 weeks time. Please contact us if you have queries

9. What is your default currency of trade?
It is in H.K. dollars unless by special request.
Ordering & Receiving Orders
10. How do I order through the site?
Using the various search boxes on the site, search for the products you want. If you are not sure of the items, you can click into the product detail page until you see the item(s) you intend to order. If the item is in stock, click on the box that is next to the picture of the item and change it to the exact number of items you want to order. (Default = ’1’nos.) Then click the ’add to cart’ button to add the item(s) to your shopping cart. You can either click on the ’continue shopping’ button to continue shopping for more items. When you are finished shopping, click to “shopping cart” logo on the right corner side and choose the ’checkout’ button for checkout process. NOTE: If, at any time, you are unsure of what to do, feel free to call our company during our office hours.
11. What kind of payments do you take?
We accept all Visa and Master for Credit Card Payment (Net <HK$10000) and Deposit transfers (Net>HK$10000). Money orders must be drawn from a HK bank in HK $. We do not accept personal cheque(s) for any purchases.
12. How do I pay by Deposit transfer?
If paying by deposit transfer, you can send the money to us at:

13. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order on the website.
14. What is the status of my package?
We will e-mail you once the order is being shipped. Please go to Order History under My Account and you can see the status for all of your orders.
15. What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?
If your order does contain a mistake, such as the wrong items or a missing item, please contact us and we will fix it for you fast. For Details, you may see it in Terms and Condition.
16. Do you accept COD or cash for payments?
We do not accept COD. We do not recommend that you pay in cash. If there is any issue, please contact with our staff.
17. What do I do if merchandise I receive is damaged?
If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please do not open it. Contact us immediately and we will see if it needs replacement. If the merchandise is really damaged, we will arrange you a new one.
D.) Shipping and Tracking
18. What shipping methods are available?
We reserve the rights of shipping parcel through local courier service or our transportation team by determining the sizes of the parcel. The delivery service is available at Mon-Fri, 10am~6pm ONLY. The delivery services will be suspended in public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
19. How long does it take me to receive my order once it is placed?
Once payment is received, orders are shipped within 2~5 business day (or less) of receiving the order. We will inform customer if any special issue occurred.
20. Can I modify the delivery address or ordering content after confirmation?
Once we receive confirmation from your side, all the information in the order is not allowed to change. Hence, buyers should study the information carefully before confirming the order.
21. How can I trace my order?
Each order will have a unique order number. You may login to Order History and browse for the status of the order.
22. Can I request delivering the merchandise to several addresses?
Each order is entitled to have one delivery address only. If you want us to deliver goods to different address, please purchase them with a new order.

24. Do you have alternative ordering method?
Yes, you may order the merchandise via phone during the office hour or send us back the ordering form by filling in the product code and quantity.
25. Where are your merchandise come from?
In order to provide superior merchandise to our user, we source product from worldwide. Mostly, merchandises for “Utensil & Accessories” are originated in East Asia such as China, Korea and Hong Kong. We have been the agents of some famous imported brands as well as manufacturing our own equipments, which is also well-known in the market.
26. Do the bonus point(BP) go expire?
To protect the best interest for our users, there will not be any time restriction for the usage of CDP.
27. Are the bonus point(BP) transferable?
Sorry, it is not transferable.
28. What is Wish List?
You may add any items that strike your fancy into it, we will update our database of each items in particular period. By using this information, we may offer new promotion campaign, introduce more types of goods or other else. Your participation is very important.
F.) Goods Return / Refund
29. In what situation your company accepts goods return?
Under certain conditions, we allow returns on the products purchased from our website, to be returned within 7 days.
We only accept two reasons of goods return
- Mistake from our side (wrong item or missing item)
- Merchandise is damaged
