1.材料 ■雞蛋 30克 ■糖粉 24克 ■蜂蜜 4克 ■低粉 30克 ■發粉 400 毫升 ■粟粉 400 毫升 ■奶粉 200 毫升 ■菜油 27克 ■雲呢拿香油 少許 2.做法 ■雞蛋、糖粉及蜂蜜用打蛋器打至厚結身,即濃稠狀。 ■將低粉、發粉、粟粉及奶粉放出入蛋糕盆混合過篩,加入雞漿內用木漿拌勻。 ■加入菜油及香油拌勻。 ■把面漿倒入公仔高溫紙杯或錫杯中。 ■預熱焗爐後便可入爐以180度焗10-15分鐘。 3.用具 ■可選購不同種類蛋糕盆,打蛋器,木漿,公仔高溫紙杯及錫杯,然後按以上製法做公仔蛋糕。
