1.材料 ■牛油 120 克 ■糖霜 80 克 ■發粉 120 克 ■雞蛋 1 隻 ■粟粉 60 克 2.做法 ■在進焗爐前十分鐘用預熱焗爐 ■牛油置室溫軟化 ■自發粉、粟粉混合,用木漿拌勻,過篩備用。 ■牛油打滑後加入糖霜打至乳白色。 ■雞蛋打散分兩次加入牛油中混合。 ■加入自發粉、粟粉用大粉轆壓平及用刮刀拌成曲奇麵團。 ■用曲奇布擠花袋唧出形狀,用170度焗10分鐘即成。 3.用具 ■可選購不同種類木漿,布擠花袋,大粉轆,然後按以上製法做曲奇餅。
