1.材料

■白蘿蔔 600克
■臘腸 2條
■冬菇 6-8隻
■蝦米 適量
■雞湯 半杯
■粘米粉 100克
■粟粉 50克
■水 半杯

2.做法

■將冬菇、蝦米浸軟。
■把臘腸、冬菇、蝦米放上砧板上後切幼粒,用少許糖和生抽炒香,盛起備用。
■用鋼兩用瓜刨把蘿蔔削皮及刨絲,加入鹽、糖及雞湯煮至軟身。
■加入臘腸、冬菇、蝦米繼續炒。
■將粘米粉及粟粉同篩,加入半杯水用木漿攪拌至幼滑,然後倒入蘿蔔料中攪拌。
■把所有材料放在有耳糕盆,大火蒸約45分鐘。
■待涼後第二天切片吃用。
■另外蘿蔔糕煎香更是另一種口感。


3.用具

■可選購不同種類木漿,瓜刨,有耳糕盆,砧板,然後按以上製法做蘿蔔糕。
